Managed Converged Networks
The best of Managed Wi-Fi and Bulk Internet, and Property Network Security and Services — one partner working alongside property managers and owners on security, internet and the whole building network.
Why owners choose UplinkIQ
One partner for every network
One partner accountable for every network in the building, instead of a separate vendor for each one.
Every system on its own segment
Resident internet, community Wi-Fi, cameras, access control and the building's other systems each run on a segment of the one network we manage.
Watched from one operations center
One operations center sees every segment and finds faults before residents notice them.
Move-in day without truck rolls
A resident connects and is online the day they arrive — no ISP appointment, no technician visit, no equipment cluttering the unit.
Residents help themselves
Speed tests, devices, tickets and plan changes live in the resident portal, so your front desk stays focused on leasing.
Your own view of the network
Your team has a dedicated account manager and its own view of the whole network in the Property Manager Portal.
Security engineered in
Isolation is what makes one network safe to share, and on a converged network it is engineered rather than assumed.
Future-ready
Nearly everything a community runs on now needs a network, and new systems join the one you already have.
A managed converged network
One managed converged network for every system in the building
Resident internet, community Wi-Fi, cameras, access control, IoT and the building's other systems each sit on their own segment of one managed converged network — not just internet and Wi-Fi — and one operations center sees and runs all of it.

Managed Converged Network Management
One partner accountable for every network in the building, instead of a separate vendor for each one. A router in every residence, community Wi-Fi in the shared spaces, and a segment of its own for each building system — one fabric we design, monitor and support end to end. Enterprise-grade wireless networks using Ruckus, Aruba, and Cambium access points with centralized cloud management. VLAN segmentation isolates each unit while shared amenity spaces get dedicated high-capacity coverage.

Resident Support & Experience
Your residents get fully branded support through your community's own portal and dedicated helpdesk. Our team handles all Tier 1-3 support with same-business-day on-site technician dispatch for hardware issues — keeping your front desk staff focused on leasing.

Bulk Internet Programs
We negotiate bulk rates with tier-1 ISPs on behalf of your property, delivering institutional pricing below retail plans. Choose from flexible, transparent billing models that fit your community.
What One Managed Converged Network Gives You
Conventional managed Wi-Fi covers one service, and every other system in the building arrives with its own cabling, its own contractor and its own support contact. A managed converged network replaces that with one fabric and one accountable team, so the property's connectivity — and the systems that depend on it — is professionally run end to end rather than assembled system by system.
How is a converged network different from managed Wi-Fi?
Managed Wi-Fi is wireless internet for residents. A converged network is that plus everything else the building needs a network for: one fiber backbone, one set of electronics and one management platform, with each system on its own segment. What changes for you is how many networks you own — one to design and one to monitor, instead of a separate cabling run, a separate contractor and a separate support contact for every system in the building.
A better resident experience on the same infrastructure
We place a router in every residence, so each home has a private wireless network of its own rather than a share of a building-wide signal. On move-in day the resident connects and is online — no ISP appointment and no technician visit. Speed tests, their devices, their support tickets and their bandwidth tier are all theirs to see in the resident portal. The property gets a connectivity experience residents notice on day one, on the infrastructure it already needs.
Amenities that never borrow from someone's home
The shared spaces carry coverage of their own. Pools, gyms and clubhouses get dedicated high-capacity community Wi-Fi rather than an extension of someone's apartment signal, so a full amenity deck never comes out of a resident's connection at home. Amenity Wi-Fi becomes something the property offers rather than something it borrows.
Future-ready: new systems join the network you already have
Nearly everything a community runs on now needs a network, and on a converged network those systems run on segments of the one we manage: the cameras, access control and locks, the leasing office, IoT, security, leak sensors, chargers and HVAC. When the next system arrives it joins the managed network already in the building — a new segment, not a new cabling run, a new contractor and a new support contact. UplinkIQ manages the network layer those systems run on — the segments, the addressing, the bandwidth they are given and the monitoring that watches them — not the systems themselves or the software behind them.

One secure fabric, with isolation engineered in
Isolation is what makes one network safe to share, and on a converged network it is engineered rather than assumed. Each residence sits on its own VLAN with its own private wireless network; the amenity spaces, the leasing office and each building system sit on their own segments over the shared building backbone; and the wireless carries WPA3 encryption as standard. A camera cannot reach a resident's devices, and a resident's devices cannot reach the building's.
One accountable team, and faults found faster
One network means one team accountable for all of it, and one NOC that sees every part of it at once. 24/7 NOC monitoring watches it through SNMP, NetFlow and real-time alerting, so faults are found before residents notice them — and when something does break, nobody is working out whose network it is first. Our team handles Tier 1-3 support across the whole network, and when hardware needs hands on it we dispatch a technician — typically the same business day. Residents reach us through the resident portal, ticketing and chat; your team has a dedicated account manager and its own view of the network in the Property Manager Portal. That is the higher value an owner is buying: a property whose connectivity and building systems are professionally run end to end, by one team that answers for all of them.

Frequently Asked Questions
How does bulk internet differ from traditional ISP service?
With bulk internet, the property negotiates a single wholesale agreement with an ISP, then UplinkIQ manages the network infrastructure and resident experience. Residents get institutional pricing below retail, and there are no individual ISP truck rolls or equipment cluttering units.
What is the typical installation timeline?
A standard deployment takes 6-12 weeks depending on property size and existing infrastructure. This includes the site survey (1-2 weeks), network design (2-3 weeks), permitting and procurement (2-3 weeks), and physical installation (1-4 weeks). We coordinate closely with property management to minimize resident disruption.
How do bulk internet programs work?
We offer several program models tailored to your community — from fully managed Wi-Fi to bulk internet delivered as a resident amenity. The right model depends on your property type, unit count, and existing ISP contracts. We will walk you through the options during our initial assessment.
What happens when a resident moves in or out?
Your team adds or removes the resident in the UplinkIQ Property Manager Portal, or asks your account manager to make the change. On move-in day, the new resident simply connects to the network — no ISP appointment needed. On move-out, access is closed out the same way.
What internet speeds are available?
Speed tiers vary by property, but most UplinkIQ-managed communities offer plans ranging from 200 Mbps to 1 Gbps. Your property manager can provide the specific options available at your community. All plans include managed Wi-Fi coverage throughout your unit and common areas.
